Innovation and safety: MDG S.r.l. in Sicily

The Service Division of MDG S.r.l. is pleased to announce the successful completion of the installation and commissioning of advanced biosecurity systems at various healthcare facilities across the Sicilian Region.

The project involved the implementation of cutting-edge technologies for the continuous sanitisation of water networks and environments, focusing on two key technological pillars:
In-Situ Anolyte Generators: Installation of devices for the electrolytic production of a broad-spectrum sanitising solution (neutral Anolyte).
This technology enables effective, environmentally friendly and safe disinfection for staff and patients.

Dosing and Monitoring Systems: Integration of precision dosing pumps for the introduction of the sanitiser and installation of sensors for continuous monitoring of residual concentration.

Thanks to the technical expertise of the team at the MDG Service division, the facilities involved can now benefit from:
Full Automation: Reduction in human error thanks to automated dosing management.

Guaranteed Safety: Constant monitoring of parameters ensures that sanitisation levels always fall within the regulatory ranges required for the protection of public health.

Sustainability: On-site production of the disinfectant, resulting in reduced logistics costs and the risks associated with the storage of aggressive chemicals.
